Shipping Information
Orders shipped as they are completed by UPS. Occasionally we will use USPS for flat items. Emails will be sent with a tracking number as they are shipped (as long as you provide us with an email). If you have preferences for shipping provider based on needs or location, please email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world that is permissible by law. Please contact at maxlemaireart@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote. Once approved we will email you a custom invoice and get it on it's way. We can provide custom shipping quotes
PACKAGING
Because we love our customers, we don't charge for making crates, only shipping.
We make custom crates from plywood and Masonite for all our stretched canvas. This ensures they get to you safe and sound.
Rolled items will come on boxed tubes.
Returns & Exchanges
All orders are custom made to order they are not refundable or returnable.
If there is an issue with your print, however, we will do everything we can to make it right, possibly replacing it.
